At Plastic Free Brew, our mission is to deliver great-tasting, plastic-free coffee that’s better for you and better for the planet.
We stand behind every product we ship and aim to make sure every customer experience is a positive one.
☕ Returns for Coffee Products
Because our coffee pods and blends are perishable consumables, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used coffee products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Please report any product issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing jim@plasticfreebrew.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable).
💳 Subscription Orders
Our Plastic Free Brew Subscriptions are designed to make sure you never run out of coffee while supporting a more sustainable brewing routine.

Billing: Your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis (monthly, bi-monthly, etc.) as selected at checkout.

Cancellations: You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date.

To cancel, log in to your account or email support@plasticfreebrew.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal.

Refunds: We cannot refund charges for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped.

If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll replace or credit your account promptly.

🚚 Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped in error.

For other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
🎁 Gifts and Store Credit
If you received Plastic Free Brew products as a gift, we can issue a store credit or replacement upon proof of purchase.
🌎 Sustainability Note
As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we may offer alternative resolutions (such as partial refunds, replacements, or discounts) in cases where returning the product isn’t environmentally practical.
